TriAd is thrilled to be a Columbus Business First “Best Places to Work.” Ranked as a Micro Company, along with other organizations with 10-24 employees, we may be small in size but our
dynamic staff and creative marketing solutions are large as life. The selection was determined by questionnaires completed confidentially by employees and data collected by Quantum, an
Omaha, Nebraska-based research organization. Awards were presented to finalists in each category during a luncheon, hosted by Columbus Business First, at the Greater Columbus Convention Center.
“Many people have congratulated me on this accomplishment and I have to give 99.9% of the credit to everyone who works at TriAd. It’s a lot of fun working as a team to
successfully provide clients with marketing and communication solutions, and we truly enjoy the company of everyone we work with,” said TriAd President Dave Keller.
“All associates contribute ideas that make our workdays more fun and enjoyable.”
From staff events, community involvement and volunteering to celebrating everything from birthdays to new babies, our energy and excitement helps provide creative and
fresh ideas. Now in our 42nd year, we are blessed to have great clients, some of whom have been with us for much of our existence.
The Best Places to Work program, launched in 2005, is a voluntary nomination-based program. Each nominated company had the option to participate in the survey process free of charge.
Quantum Workplace hosted an anonymous online survey with questions about workplace satisfaction. All companies that met the completed survey requirements had their individual scores tallied
by Quantum Workplace and were sent an overview of their company’s scores. Each organization is ranked against the other companies in its size category. The top companies in each size category
are honored as Business First’s Best Places to Work.
