TRIAD Produces Internship Video for Cleveland Clinic

For the past six years, the Cleveland Clinic's Office of Civic Education Initiatives has provided internship opportunities for high school and college students around the world. Each year, at the end of the summer program, a video is presented at the graduation event to celebrate and honor the interns, as well as promote the internship for future candidates. TRIAD and Raymond Media LLC were privileged to produce this year's video. Throughout the remainder of 2010 and into 2011, this video will be shown across the globe to potential candidates that are looking for a unique medical internship that only the [...]

Clarke Fire Protection Products launched an aggressive trade show schedule in early June, participating at high-profile events in Leipzig, Istanbul and Las Vegas. Weather Moves Tournament Indoors

The Second Annual TRIAD-Toss (Cornhole Tournament) was held this past July over the course of several Friday afternoons. Due to sweltering heat and humidity that made the heat index push over the 100-degree mark, the TRIAD team debated postponing. It was ultimately decided to hold the games indoors and just adjust throws to save the ceiling tiles! Two-person teams paired up each week for the single-elimination tournament, while the rest of the TRIAD associates looked on. To make things official, the brackets and rules were obtained from the American Cornhole Association website Yes, there really is such an association. [...]

Menchies … The Best Thing to Happen to Columbus!

Mimi Darwish, Research & Account Coordinator at TRIAD speaks out about new business in the central Ohio community. My new weakness opened up earlier this year in Dublin, and I couldn’t be happier. It’s called Menchie’s ... and it’s the best frozen yogurt I’ve ever tasted! Not only does Menchie’s offer a countless number of low carb, no-sugar added, dairy free, mouth-watering flavors to choose from; it also offers every topping under the sun so you can create your own personalized sundae! The price is affordable and the taste is unbeatable! Menchie’s even won 1st place in Restaurant Business Magazine’s [...]

The Story of a Little Boat

In the beginning, there was a humble, little, white boat, plain, ordinary and certainly not a good representation of a creative advertising agency. "We need to discuss your flair." Armed with a couple cans of Rust-Oleum spray paint, a box full of acrylic paints, a case of ice-cold Yuengling 20 ouncers, a staggering DVD collection and the promise of cookies and free White Castles the day of the race, TRIAD Graphic Designer Eric Brown cleared his already free schedule for an entire weekend to complete the project – personalize an 11-inch-by-7-inch-by-15-inch-tall (including mast) boat. What ensued was a blur of [...]

My assignment: Get the kids on the bus.

How hard could it be? On the second day of school my wife was volunteering with kindergarten orientation – leaving dad in charge of making sure our second grader and fifth grader had their breakfasts eaten; teeth brushed; mouths wiped; hair combed; water bottles filled; backpacks packed and on their backs; and directed out the door to the bus stop three houses away precisely at 8:43 a.m. My mental checklist for the kids was checked and completed – I thought. Getting ready for work myself, I was going through my own mental get-ready-for-work checklist: breakfast eaten; dishes carried to the [...]

Everyone Needs a Little SafetyRail™

Earlier this year, TRIAD was asked to help create some buzz within the construction industry to promote Plastic Safety System’s new product designed for pedestrian safety in construction zones. Specifically, the SafetyRail™ is intended for the sight impaired, as the safety barricade only has “legs” on one side – making it a smooth, continuous pathway for those with canes. TRIAD created and researched a very specific list of ADA-compliant officers and traffic managers to receive a four-part mailing and series of phone calls to introduce the benefits of the product. A dimensional mailer was at the heart of the campaign, [...]
