We barely got away!”  This isn’t Killer Klowns From Outer Space and there aren’t really alien clowns out to get anyone, as far as we know, except for the one in my apartment affectionately named ‘Shorty’. He isn’t here to turn us all into cotton candy to be eaten by other clowns, he just wanted a sweet pumpkin with his face carved into it. TriAd Producing ‘Caplets’ for Comedian John Caparulo!

Proving once again our diversity in the world of video production, TriAd has been given the unique opportunity to co-produce 'Caplets' -  a monthly stand-up comedy segment featuring popular Comedy Central and 'Chelsea Lately' comedian John Caparulo. Each month, Caparulo performs a short stand-up routine at the Comedy & Magic Club in Hermosa Beach, California. This is captured with a TriAd-hired 2-camera video crew, headed up by Ryan Keller (son of TriAd President Dave Keller). The footage is then sent back to TriAd video producer Bob Dawson in Westerville, Ohio, where all of the post-production is completed. The final video [...]

Halloween isn’t exactly the new kid on the block when it comes to celebrated holidays and currently incorporates numerous traditions from its long and varied history. The word “Halloween” dates back to around 1745, meaning “hallowed evening” or “holy evening”. The actual origin of the holiday goes back even further with pre-Christian roots as a Celtic festival of the dead called Samhain, pronounced Sah-win. The Samhain festival was a big deal for the Celts. To them, it marked [...]
